When will I get a raise?

I am not going to travel too far off the beaten path. I am not going to lose you with some magical phrase about how awesome my job is. No, I don't think you are ready for me to spill the bucket just yet. What I am going to say may alarm you. It may send shivers up your spine and make you question your self worth. I bet you are asking why. Why question my self worth? Are you worth it?
